Hello!

Welcome to The Fashion Circular. My Name is Rachel Mednick and I am passionate about circular fashion and changing how the fashion industry works. I started The Fashion Circular to share what I am learning about sustainable fashion.

I am a fashion educator at Drexel University and More College of Art & Design as well as a founding member of the Philadelphia Task Force for Fashion and Garments (Head of the Sustainability Committee), an active member of the Advisory Council to the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator and leader of the Clothing/Textiles Coalition with All Together Now PA.

I am actively working to make the fashion industry a more sustainable place. After building and selling my sustainable children's clothing brand, I switched focus to fashion education in order to make a bigger impact on creating change within the industry.

I love fiercely, wear my heart on my sleeve and genuinely believe that my reason for being on earth is to create positive change. If we all work together that change can be created!
